What's moving in the Cumberland area
The Henry rises beside The Battery
Tower One of the project next to the ballpark district is going vertical with roughly 500 apartments and retail, connected to The Battery by a pedestrian bridge. Tower Two adds a hotel and the district's first for-sale condos, with both buildings topping 20 stories and completion targeted around 2028.
